1. How long does delivery take? Most orders arrive within 6–10 business days. We process orders in 1–2 business days and shipping takes 5–8 business days.
2. What is the order cut-off time? Orders placed before 9:00 PM PST are processed the same day. Orders after 9:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
3. Do you offer free shipping? Yes! Orders over $169.01 qualify for free shipping. Orders under $169 are charged a flat rate of $8.90.
4. Do you ship internationally? No, we currently ship only within the United States.
5. How can I track my order? You will receive a tracking number and link via email once your order is dispatched.
6. What is your return window? You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items.
7. How much does return shipping cost? Online returns have a $6.90 fee. In-store returns are free.
8. What if my item arrives damaged? Please submit your return within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve it promptly.
9. How long do refunds take? Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
10. Are there non-returnable items? Yes. Final sale, clearance items, gift cards, and digital products are non-returnable.
