Return Window

You may return eligible items withinย 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

Please visit our Submit your Return portalย within the 30-day window. Include your order number and clear photos of the item. Once your return is reviewed and approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label with instructions.

Return Shipping Fee

  • Online returns: $6.90 (deducted from your refund)
  • In-store returns: Free

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, submit a returnย with photos. We will resolve the issue promptly and take full responsibility.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only and areย free for in-store purchases. Online orders are eligible for returns only.
