Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
Please visit our Submit your Return portal within the 30-day window. Include your order number and clear photos of the item. Once your return is reviewed and approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label with instructions.
Return Shipping Fee
- Online returns: $6.90 (deducted from your refund)
- In-store returns: Free
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, submit a return with photos. We will resolve the issue promptly and take full responsibility.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only and are free for in-store purchases. Online orders are eligible for returns only.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the credit.
Important Notes
- We do not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns.
- Final sale, clearance items, gift cards, and digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Promotional discounts and offer codes are non-refundable.
- Please carefully review sizes, colors, and product details before placing your order.
